Candidates who have passed Part 1 Written Exam can choose to apply for both Part 2 and Part 3 simultaneously.

Candidates may also opt to apply for Part 2 only.

If you choose to apply for Part 3 alone, you must have already successfully passed Part 2.

Language Selection: You must explicitly select your examination language (Cantonese or English) on the application form. Once chosen, it cannot be changed. Please select carefully based on your clinical speaking habits and proficiency.
Document Submission & “Official-to-Official” Special Notice
The basic required documents for this intake remain consistent with Part 1. Please pay special attention to the submission rules for the Certificate of Good Standing:

Direct “Official-to-Official” Delivery: The certificate is strictly prohibited from being hand-carried or self-mailed by candidates to the Dental Council of Hong Kong (DCHK). It must be sent directly to the DCHK by the issuing authority (the Health Commission at your practicing location or your graduating university) via official email or official mail.

Email Domain Requirement: If sent via email, the sender’s email domain must clearly show a government or official institutional domain name (e.g.,
.govor university domains). -
In-Person Submission Recommendation: Except for the “Certificate of Good Standing,” which must be sent official-to-official, it is recommended that candidates (if feasible) submit remaining paper documents in person in Hong Kong. Staff can review files on-site to confirm if any supplemental documents are needed, significantly reducing cross-border mailing risks.
